Summer and Winter School

Summer and Winter Schools are intensive international programs focusing on a specialized subject. Usually held during the summer or winter breaks, they bring students and professional participants together for a week of lectures and workshops by leading experts in the field.
International students find these formats attractive because the courses are taught in English, they earn educational credits recognized by universities, and they learn about the local culture and traditions at the same time.
In 2024, the International Office successfully organized its first Winter School on “Exercise Physiology in Health & Disease”, which brought together participants and lecturers from twelve different countries. A continuation of the program is forthcoming.
