With Pharmacy Early Bird, you can reserve one of our coveted 50 study places even before the application deadline in July. Additionally, you have the opportunity to apply early for the PMU Scholarship and a place in the PMU Student Residence.

Admission to the program
- An Austrian Matura (Reifezeugnis), including a certificate of vocational education (Berufsreifeprüfung), is required for admission.
- A certificate of completion of at least three years of study at a recognized domestic or foreign post-secondary educational institution may also qualify for admission.
- Alternative: an Austrian certificate granting university eligibility can be submitted. Appropriate eligibility exams must include the following subjects: German essay, Biology and Environmental Science, and Physics 1 (mandatory subjects). For applicants with an eligibility exam for Human Medicine or Veterinary Medicine, the admission requirements are considered fulfilled.
Alternative: a foreign certificate that is equivalent to an Austrian certificate based on an international agreement, through nostrification (recognition of foreign degrees), or by decision of the rectorate on a case-by-case basis.
