virtual Science Get Together 2023 (vSGT23)
In 2023, the 14th installment of the Science Get Together took place as a virtual/hybrid event (vSGT), honoring researchers from both PMU locations for their exceptional research achievements with the Research Innovation Awards (RIA). Poster prizes were also awarded for submitted entries.
You can watch the entire event online, featuring engaging presentations from the RIA winners, creative poster slams by the poster prize recipients, and great entertainment:
The Science Report provides a detailed overview of the scientific achievements at PMU locations over the past year, featuring statistics, graphs, and valuable insights into various funding opportunities.
In addition, the report includes interviews with PMU board members and recipients of the Research Innovation Awards (RIA).
You can download the 2023 Science Report here.
More than 100 posters on a variety of research topics were submitted for SGT23 by PMU staff, students, and other researchers.
The citable abstract book, featuring all participants' contributions, can be viewed here.

The posters are then evaluated by a jury. This year, awards were given in the following categories: 'Best Female Poster,' 'Best Male Poster,' 'Best Poster,' 'Best PhD Poster,' and 'Best Student Poster.'
