Institute of Molecular Regenerative Medicine
Teaching

The Institute of Molecular Regenerative Medicine is responsible for various aspects of the education of students at the PMU - from basic lectures and practical laboratory exercises to the supervision of research projects. Our teaching staff are strongly involved in the development, implementation and organisation of the new human medicine curriculum. The regular participation of our teaching staff in didactic further training events guarantees future-orientated teaching at a high level.

 

The following courses are held by our lecturers:

 

Bachelor's programme in Human Medicine

  • Molecular Biology and Genetics course (1st year of study)
  • LV Immunology (2nd year of study)

 

Master's programme in Human Medicine

  • Supervision of students as part of the research trimester (1st year of study)

 

Bachelor's degree programme in Pharmacy

  • UE Pharmacology

 

Doctoral programme in Medical Science

  • Supervision of PhD candidates' research work

 

We regularly supervise bachelor's, master's and doctoral students from the PMU and the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg in research projects.

 

Awareness Building

As part of the "Medicine up close" plus course, we enable pupils to gain an insight into laboratory work in a medical-biological research laboratory. They can deepen their biological knowledge and learn about a possible career path for their future choice of profession.
